R. Parsons Construction Ltd. - Our Crew

Rob Parsons
Owner Operator

Rob is a proud Kiwi, who started in the construction industry in 1972 after receiving his certification from the Technical College in Auckland, New Zealand.  Rob has been contracting and building in Canada since 1992, primarily in Victoria and the Gulf Islands.  Rob is enthusiastic about all detail on each contract, whether he is undergoing a major build on the Gulf Islands or a house renovation in Victoria.
Rob builds as if it were his own home with attention to small detail. He maintains that listening to his clients and their needs is crucial to having happy clients and referrals, which is where most of his work comes from.  Rob enjoys getting to know his clients and their families, as this helps to understand their expectations. Trust and communication is key to a great foundation for clients that are both present or not, during the build.  After more than 40 years in the construction industry and contracting for over 30 years, Rob is diligent to working on budget and on time.  We understand that a house is a home and a reflection of the people that live there. Their lasting satisfaction is our goal.
When Rob is not working he enjoys boating, fishing, going to the gym and family time with his two daughters, Sarah and Emily.
